Ytab operates plants in Sweden and Hungary. They are within convenient and economical reach from most industrial areas in Eastern and Western Europe. Both feature automated facilities for high-quality painting. The Hungarian plant also offers injection molding of plastic components.

Sweden

Ytab’s Swedish painting plant covers a total of 10,000 sqm and 2,000 sqm, of which the robot line occupies 1,000 sqm. In addition, there are four manual paint booths and an assembly area. The plant, with a total staff of 46, is located in the south of Sweden, 150 km from the Copenhagen airport.

Hungary

Ytab’s Hungarian plant combines manufacturing and painting of plastic products and components. Five injection-molding machines – ranging from 50 to 500 tons – process a wide range of materials: ABS, polycarbonate, noryl, nylon, SAN, acrylic, polystyrene, etc. The plant has two robot-automated painting lines equipped for water-based and solvent-based jobs. In addition, there are facilities for assembly, ultrasonic welding, hot foiling and printing. The plant, with a total staff of 33, is located 60 km east of Budapest.
