Sustainability in every layer

Measurable action for a cleaner industry

We're not satisfied with just talking about environmental responsibility — we build it into every part of our production. With people at the centre and a strong environmental commitment, we work actively in line with the UN's global goals. By combining modern technology with circular thinking, we're shaping a safe workplace and a better future.

Governing documents

Policy documents

Our policies govern how we handle personal data and run our business responsibly with regard to quality and the environment. The documents are reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis.

Our Environmental Policy guides us toward a smaller footprint through renewable energy, responsible waste and chemical management, and a target to reduce CO₂ emissions by 50% by 2030 (base year 2018).

Our Company Policy focuses on the customer. Through close collaboration, continuous improvement, and a zero-defect vision, we combine high quality and delivery reliability with environmental and business responsibility.

    Reporting

    Whistleblower service

All employees, customers and business partners are able to anonymously report suspected irregularities, breaches of rules or ethical wrongdoing. The service is run by an independent third party to ensure confidentiality.

    Report a wrongdoing

All employees, customers and partners can anonymously report suspected irregularities through our independent whistleblower service at Whistlelink. The service is available around the clock, in Swedish and English.

    Anonymous reporting

    Confidential handling

    Open the whistleblower service
Yes, completely anonymous. The service is provided by the independent, external party Whistlelink. Their platform is encrypted and technically designed to ensure that neither IP addresses nor other digital traces can identify you. It's entirely up to you whether you want to stay one hundred percent anonymous or would rather leave your contact details.
You can report suspicions of serious irregularities or breaches of rules connected to our business. This can, for example, involve economic crime (such as bribery, conflicts of interest or fraud), environmental offences, serious workplace health and safety failings, discrimination, or other violations of the law and our codes of conduct.

Note: General feedback, routine HR questions or complaints about day-to-day operations should primarily be handled through your immediate manager, not through this service.
When you submit your report, you'll receive a unique case number and a password — keep these safe! The report is then received and assessed confidentially by a specifically appointed, independent group. Using your case number on Whistlelink's secure platform, you'll receive confirmation that your report has been received (within 7 days), followed by regular updates on the investigation.
