Services
A perfect surface finish is more than just colour — it's about function, durability and repeatability. Whether you're looking for advanced robotic coating of complex parts, or a full-service partner who can take your product all the way from raw-plastic injection molding to a fully assembled component, we have the technology. Discover our services and let us tailor a process that optimises your production.
Coating
From large-scale robotic coating to tailor-made detail projects. We surface-treat virtually all plastic and metal components — from parts as small as 5 mm up to a full 1.5 x 2.4 metres. Whether you're looking for high-performance industrial coatings, UV resistance, soft-touch or anti-fingerprint properties, we guarantee exact repeatability in tone and gloss.

EcoChrome
Get a mirror-polished chrome or aluminium look for your products, completely free of environmentally and health-hazardous chromium VI and chromium III. In our PVD facility, pure chrome or aluminium is applied to the products using sputtering technology. The process can be used on virtually any material that can be wet-coated, with a choice of colour and gloss for the chromed parts.

Expertise, innovation & quality
A complete partner
From our highly trained production staff to our logistics experts — we take full responsibility for professional, cost-effective production.
Technical innovation
Our process engineers solve challenging problems and find new technical possibilities that make the use of new coating concepts in production more efficient.
Uncompromising quality
Regardless of volume, we guarantee the highest possible consistency. Our quality inspectors make sure every part meets your exact specifications.
Cerakote
Cerakote is a ceramic-based surface treatment that can be applied to most materials, including metal, plastic, polymer and wood. The treatment creates a thin ceramic coating that bonds to the surface at a molecular level, providing highly wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant protection — considerably more durable than traditional bluing or coating. Cerakote can also be layered to create unique patterns and design effects.
Extremely durable, abrasion-resistant, with high impact strength
High corrosion resistance
High temperature resistance up to 1,800°F
A wide range of colour options, including IR
Injection Molding
Simplify your supply chain and let us take full responsibility — from raw plastic to a finished, surface-treated part. In Sweden, we work with a number of both larger and smaller injection molding companies for flexible production tailored to your volumes. Besides coating, our factory in Hungary also offers injection molding services, using a wide range of plastic materials and blends in machines with a capacity of 50 to 500 tonnes.

Colours & surface finish
We use advanced visualisation software to experiment with different colours and techniques before anything is actually coated. Because we mix our own colours, you can get exclusive rights to use them. To give a physical sense of different types of surface finish, we can produce prototypes so you can try them out as early as the overall product design stage.
Cost efficiency
If coating is factored into the design from the start, the coating process usually becomes more cost-effective. Small adjustments, such as positioning a hole or a hanging point correctly, can have a big impact on costs. Likewise, an optimal fixture designed to hold many components in place can generate significant savings.
Assembly
Shorten your lead times and simplify your logistics. Instead of just delivering a coated component, we offer final assembly directly at our facility, before packaging. Whether it's about joining together moulded, coated and/or printed parts, we deliver a complete end product, ready for sale or for further processing in your main production.

Complete assembly of moulded, coated & printed parts
Ready-packaged & quality-assured end products
Simplified logistics & shorter lead times
Decoration
The right details lift the overall impression. We upgrade your product by applying decorative or functional patterns and alphanumeric information. Using various techniques along with a range of special pigments and chemical substances, we create the optimal decoration for every material and surface. We also offer "reverse" decoration using pad printing or laser.

Early collaboration
We're convinced that the best way to meet our customers' expectations is to get involved in product development at an early stage. We have an extensive track record and work with well-known customers and products — and practically every known coating technique. By working closely with our suppliers, we find the best coating solution for every project.
Flexible production
Not every product is made in the millions (or even the thousands). Because our production line can be reconfigured from one job to another in just a few minutes, we can also coat very short product runs. We can even run several jobs back to back without a break — process control knows exactly when the robots need to switch colour and coating programme. We then pack the products into your own boxes.
Water Transfer Printing
Give your parts a unique look with Water Transfer Printing. Choose from a wide range of patterns such as marble, wood, stone, carbon fibre, water and countless more. The product is then given a protective coating in a gloss or matte finish — exactly as you wish. Water Transfer Printing can be applied to many different materials, such as plastic, metal, glass, wood and more.
