Cerakote is a polymer/ceramic-based surface finish. It gives the product corrosion protection, chemical resistance, and resilience against heat, wear and impact.
Upgrade the final product by applying decorative or functional patterns and alphanumeric information to the coated surface.
The EcoChrome process is an environmentally friendly method, completely free of chromium VI and chromium III. Give your products a mirror-polished surface that looks like metal — with no risk of rust.
We work with a number of larger and smaller injection molding companies in Sweden, and we're happy to take full responsibility for your production.

Environmentally friendly
EcoChrome
EcoChrome is YTAB Group’s environmentally friendly PVD process that gives items a mirror-polished chrome or aluminium appearance. Perfect for companies with high environmental standards who don’t want to compromise on aesthetics.
Durable finish
Cerakote
Cerakote is a ceramic-based surface treatment that can be applied to most materials, including metal, plastic, polymer and wood. The treatment provides highly wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant protection — considerably more durable than traditional bluing or coating.

Manufacturing
Injection Molding
YTAB Group works with a number of injection molding companies in Sweden, and also offers its own injection molding services through the factory in Hungary. The machines handle 50–500 tonnes and process a wide range of plastic materials. We’re happy to take full responsibility for your entire production.
